Ninety45 were contracted to complete this renovation and restoration in the heart of Parnell. The house consisted of 5 small settlers cottages which were moved onto the site in the 1800s to create one larger home. Original materials have been recycled and refurbished for flooring and furniture. The award-winning kitchen is tucked behind a steel and glass wall, where dark detail harmonises with joinery throughout the home.
