Ninety45 were contracted to undertake the renovation of this original Remuera Bungalow. The existing home was completely gutted and reconfigured, with the addition of a second living space. The home was also lifted to complete basement excavations for the new double garage. The exterior was transformed with the construction of decks, concrete path and an entertaining area with a fireplace.
